5. Compensation
For approved testers:
- Payment amounts vary based on test complexity and duration
- Payment is processed within 7 business days after test completion
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to withhold payment for incomplete or fraudulent work
- Payment methods include PayPal
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Testify belong to us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
7. Confidentiality
Testers may have access to confidential information about clients and their products. You agree to:
- Keep all testing information confidential
- Not disclose client names or project details
- Not take screenshots or recordings without permission
- Maintain confidentiality even after termination
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Use automated tools or bots
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
